Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure and we refund the full tour price minus a small payment processing fee retained by the card processor (~3.25%). Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you receive a 100% refund including the payment processing fee.
2. Cancellation by Us (Weather/Safety)
If we cancel due to bad weather or safety concerns:
- •100% full refund including the payment processing fee, or
- •Free rescheduling to any available date
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure and have not contacted us, this is treated as a no-show. No refund applies.
4. How to Cancel
Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email, or contact us directly. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
