1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our boat tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time receive a refund of the tour price minus a small payment processing fee retained by the card processor. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Weather- or safety-related cancellations initiated by our company result in a full refund including the payment processing fee, or a free reschedule.
4. Safety Requirements
All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by our crew. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when requested.
5. Liability
Passengers participate in tours at their own risk. Our company maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by Croatian maritime law.
