Cancellation & weather

Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before departure and we refund the full tour price minus a small payment processing fee that stays with the card processor. Need to change the date instead? We are happy to reschedule. If the new date has a different price, the difference is refunded (cheaper date) or paid on top (more expensive date).
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If we cancel for weather or safety, you get a free reschedule or a full refund of the price you paid, including the payment processing fee. We monitor forecasts closely and reach out 24 to 48 hours before your tour.

What's included & extras

What is included in the price?
The price includes your boat, skipper, fuel, snorkeling gear, bottled water, and an ice-box. No hidden fees. The only extras are lunch (your choice of restaurant) and cave entrance tickets if visiting the Blue Cave or Green Cave.
Is the Blue Cave entrance fee included?
The Blue Cave entrance is paid separately on-site. Prices vary by season: approximately €18 to €24 for adults and €8 to €12 for children (ages 6 to 12). Under 6 free. Cash and cards accepted.
What should we bring?
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, camera. Optional: water shoes and a light cover-up. We provide snorkeling gear, water, and an ice-box. Bring cash or card for lunch and cave tickets.

Private tour & skipper

Is this a private tour or a shared group tour?
Every tour is 100% private. Just your group and your skipper. No strangers, no fixed schedule. You decide where to stop and how long to stay.
Is a skipper included?
Yes. Every tour includes a local skipper who knows Hvar's coastline, hidden bays, and the best spots. No boating license or experience needed.

Meeting point & arrival

Where is the meeting point?
Our default meeting point is the Hvar waterfront boat harbour, near Janka Zazjala 18, a short walk from the town centre. If you're staying along the waterfront, pickup by boat may be possible from accessible hotel jetties or nearby waterfront points, just let your skipper know in advance via WhatsApp. After booking, you receive the exact berth and your skipper's contact.
How early should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before departure. Your skipper will give a quick safety briefing and go over the route with you.

Safety & families

Are the boats insured and what about safety equipment?
Every boat carries full passenger insurance, life jackets in all sizes (including children), first-aid kit, and is regularly inspected. Our skipper holds a valid license and follows Croatian maritime safety regulations.
Are the tours suitable for families with children?
Yes. Our private tours are ideal for families. Flexible pace, shallow swimming bays, and life jackets in all sizes. Your skipper is experienced with children on board.

Route & duration

Can the route be adjusted for our group?
You can fine-tune the route within the booked tour: more time at a specific beach, skip a stop, or add a lunch stop along the way. The destinations themselves are fixed (e.g. Red Rocks tour stays on the Red Rocks route). For different islands like Korčula or Vis, please book the matching tour.
How long are the tours?
Full-day tours run from approximately 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Timing is flexible and can be adjusted with your skipper.
